Based in the North East, Smart Outdoor utilises innovative software to make advertising campaigns highly targeted and extremely effective. It is the only company in Europe which offers this new technology for outdoor advertising.

As the IT partner of Smart Outdoor, we provide the company with ongoing Professional IT Support. Our Professional Support package takes a proactive approach to IT support to ensure the company’s IT systems always perform optimally. One way in which we do this is through our proactive monitoring software, which continually checks the performance of IT systems and if it spots a fault, it fixes it. If it can’t, it raises a ticket with our technical engineers, who pick up the ticket and action it. Similarly, we proactively protect the business from cyber security threats. We do this through the provision of Webroot Antivirus Protection which protects against threats across browsers, email, files, ads, URLs, and apps, all in real-time.
In the early stages of our relationship with Smart Outdoor, and as a Microsoft Partner, we implemented Microsoft 365 – a cloud-based subscription service which combines apps such as Excel and Outlook with cloud services such as OneDrive and Microsoft Teams. This allows Smart Outdoor to create and share anywhere, on any device, at any time. As part of our ongoing relationship with Smart Outdoor, we provide Datto SaaS Protection for Microsoft 365. A backup, restore and export solution, Datto SaaS Protection ensures that we can access, control, and protect the data Smart Outdoor entrusts to the cloud.
In addition, our team of technical experts are always on hand to provide support whether remote or onsite.
